Comfyearplugs is a leading supplier of ear plugs and hearing protection products online primarily to the UK and European market. We are located in the UK and dispatch all our orders from London based distribution centre. Our custom ear plug range is used by many top musicians as well as entertainers. We only sell a hand full of high quality brands tested for performance in reducing noise levels as well as durability.The website is owned and operated by myself, John Stapleton and family. As an avid amateur musician I would regularly buy ear plugs from chemists and later on from online shops, for gigs until I finally settled for a pair of custom made plugs. Also my wife, Jennifer, being a keen swimmer would also search the Internet for bargain ear plugs to help protect against swimmers ear. From our personal experiences of buying earplugs products online lead to the idea of creating a website whose main focus would be to provide hearing protection products direct to the consumer. The idea being that by providing quality brands direct to the consumer would encourage customer loyalty and hence promote business growth in the long term.

On reflection this may have been a naive idea as all businesses need to make profit to stay afloat! However by adopting this approach has lead Comfyearplugs to quickly become one of the largest sellers of hearing protection products online. Also there is no need to worry, as due to the positive feedback from customers you will be pleased to know there are no plans to change this ethos to our business.
Promoting hearing protection

As part of our business module we are keen to promote ethical hearing awareness. To this degree we have chosen to partner with the manufactures of portablesoundmonitor to offer a Windows Mobile application free with all purchases.The application allows users to effectively monitor the sound level within their envionrment. The decibel recording can then be forwarded by either email or SMS. Hopefullu this shows our commitment to promoting good ear care in the community.We also are proud to be able to promote both the ‘ Don’t let the music get to loud’ campaign as well as the sleep apnoea awareness. Being a small family run business allows us (we think!) to offer a high level of customer service. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile where needed. We now offer extended hours of operation that has proven quite popular with our customers.
